You are invited to sit in meditation and contemplative enquiry into a key element of mindfulness practice.
Exploring “Bare Attention” and our experience of how we can apply this into our lives and meditation.

each evening offering a theme to explore
Open drop-in sessions for anyone who has completed an 8-week course or has some experience and practice of meditation or mindfulness.
We have found that it’s very nourishing to connect with our inner resources of resilience and stability, with group and facilitator support, in a time of continuing uncertainty and great challenge, both personally and in the world.
The sessions provide a safe space to experience mindfulness meditation and explore how to integrate what we’re learning from our practice into our life.
You are very welcome to come whenever you’d like.
